1. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
The customer acknowledges that he/she has read the general terms and conditions of sales and accepts them without reservation.
2. The Products
All our products are manufactured exclusively in France. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products for sales on the LUDILABEL website. Nevertheless, slight differences may exist with regard to the colour of the labels, the design, the patterns or the typography chosen.
3. Prices
The prices are expressed in euros including all due taxes .
LUDILABEL reserves the right to alter its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced according to the prices in force when the order is registered.
4. Delivery
- All our products are manufactured or packed as soon as we receive your payment and are shipped within 2 working days* maximum worldwide (payment by Paypal and Credit Card are approved immediately, payment by check and bank transfer are approved in a few days after validation of our respective banks).
- Add the delivery time to the manufacturing time to evaluate when you will receive your order. Deliver time depends on the delivery service you have picked on checkout.
- *During high season (August to September), manufacturing time may be extended.

Orders will be processed immediatly after payment confirmation.
Payment by Paypal
Payment by Paypal is available.
Payment by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer are available. Orders will be processed upon reception of payment. The reception of the payment comes after the validation by both our banks which may take 1 to 5 working days. Please, be informed that you are responsible for paying any bank transfer charges.

6. Conformity / Product returns policy
Before placing your order, please double check that both products and delivery details are correct: no modification can be made once your order has been placed.
In the event of a mistake on your part when entering the text, choosing colors and designs, in light of the personalized nature of the manufactured products (name labels and tags), no refund and no return is possible.
In the event that an error is caused by our production workflow, please return the faulty or defective products to us within 7 working days and we will send you a new revised product as quickly as possible.
The consumer right of withdrawal from a sales in the field of distance selling cannot be applied for goods produced at the consumer’s request or that are clearly personalized as specified in article L.121-20-2 of the french consumer code (derived from an EU directive).
Non personalized goods can be returned within 7 working days from receiption by the customer and refund after our approval if it complies with the standard return policy (no damage, no repair etc...)
7. Personal data
No captured data (email, name, address, etc...) from any form in the website will ever be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes and will only be used to process your orders and to provide you with information concerning order status and sate, new products, exclusive offers from our company. For promotional newsletters you have to opt-in and confirm your subscription. You can update your newsletter subscription at any time.
In accordance with the French “Loi Informatique et Liberté” (Litt.: Technology and Freedom Act) of 1978 the 6th of January modified in 2004, you enjoy the right of access, rectification and opposition concerning your personal data.
To exercise this right, simply send us a removal request either online or by mail, indicating your contact details, a copy of an ID and an e-mail address.

8. Intellectual property
The website www.ludilabel.co.uk , the LUDILABEL art and designs, the LUDILABEL brand (name and logo) are the property of the company SJR Labels owned in its entirety together with all accompanying rights.
The LUDILABEL brand together with all the name label designs have been filed with the INPI (Littt.: National French Institute of Industrial Property). All the elements of the LUDILABEL website, be they visual or audio, together with the underlying technology are therefore protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Any copying, either partial or complete, is systematically subject to the authorisation of the legal representative of the company Luditalia. Any user who owns a website, either for personal or associative purposes, and who wants to place a link on his/her website or blog leading directly to the LUDILABEL homepage has to submit a request to the company Luditalia.
Consequently, any partial or complete reproduction of elements comprising the website on any medium whatsoever, their use or their provision to third parties is formally prohibited and will systematically give grounds for legal proceedings.
9. Full terms and conditions
A change in the legislation or regulations or a legal decision rendering one or more clauses of these general terms and conditions null and void shall not affect the validity of the present general terms and conditions of sale. Any such change or statement shall in no event enable the customer to disrespect these general terms and conditions of sale.
If a condition was not explicitly mentioned, it shall be considered as being governed by the usual practices in force within the field of distance selling for companies whose registered office is in France and EU.
10. Duration
The present conditions apply for the entire duration that the LUDILABEL products and services are available online on LUDILABEL's websites. They can be modified at any time by SJR LABELS.
11. Responsibility
SJR Labels is subject to an obligation of result for all the stages in the order process and for all stages subsequent to the contract being executed.
However, the responsibility of SJR Labels may not be held liable if the non-execution of its obligations is attributable to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event caused by a third party or by a case of "Force Majeure" as defined by French jurisprudence.
The products available on LUDILABEL websites comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in UK and in the EU. The iron-on labels have been awarded the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 and the stickers comply with the European standard EN 71/3.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check with the local authorities with regard to the possibilities of importing and/or using the products that the Customer orders. The responsibility of SJR Labels may no be held in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which its products has been delivered.
SJR Labels declines all responsibility for any inconvenience or damages suffered relating to the use of the Internet, for example an interruption in the service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or, more generally, any cases qualified as a case of "Force Majeure" by the courts of law. The present contract is subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning the execution of the clauses in the contract and if no out-of-court solution can be found, any legal action will brought before the relevant courts in SJR Labels.
